Sales Documents means, in the case of a negotiated sale, that certain bond purchase contract or other agreement for the purchase of one or more Series of 2015 Authorization Bonds between the District and the Underwriters for such Series or, in the case of a competitive sale, the notice of sale, bid form and other documents providing for the sale of one or more Series of 2015 Authorization Bonds by the District to the Underwriters.
Sales Documents include any quotation, proposal, statement of work, service request, order confirmation, order acceptance and invoice issued in writing (including via email or electronically) by an authorized representative of Seller. Buyer’s purchase of Products (defined below) from Seller, and any Services (defined below) Seller provides, will be governed solely by these Terms and any applicable Sales Documents issued by Seller in connection with such Products and Services (collectively, the “Contract. Buyer may not cancel or change a Contract except with the prior written consent of Seller. Seller shall have the right to make any changes to the Products or Services which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirement or which do not materially affect the nature or quality of the Services or the Products.
