Certification Notice definition

Certification Notice means the notice to be approved by the Court in the Certification and Notice Approval Order and to be published in accordance with the notice plan set forth in Section V of this Agreement, substantially in the form attached as Schedule “B” to the Certification and Notice Approval Order.

Related to Certification Notice
