Price Increases. This section applies to pricing not Benchmarked to GSA Supply Schedule. Additionally, where pricing submitted for Services is not benchmarked to an approved GSA Supply Schedule:
Price Increases. DFMC may make a determination during the Term to increase the Minimum Milk Prices (Price Increase). If DFMC makes such a determination, it will give written notice to you of the details of the Price Increase. Due to the requirements of the Dairy Code, in order to be eligible to receive the Price Increase, you will need to agree in writing to the variation of this Contract in accordance with the Price Increase notified to you by DFMC. DFMC will provide you with instructions as to how to agree to any such variation of this Contract at the time it notifies you of the Price Increase.
Price Increases. 5.1 Subject to clause 5.2, we can increase the price of:
Price Increases. Travel arrangements involving airline and cruise components are subject to Suppliers’ supplemental price increases that may be imposed by the supplier and/or government, even after you have completed your purchase. You hereby consent to any such price increases and authorize your credit or debit card to be used for them. Suppliers have their own contracts covering cancellation penalties and other terms and conditions, and you may be bound by those contracts regardless of whether you receive notice of their terms.
Price Increases. 6.2.1.1. Contractor may request an increase in the prices listed in Exhibit C by submitting its request to the State in writing as described in §17 of the main body of this Contract. Requests for increases in prices are limited as follows:
Price Increases. Pricing may not increase greater than 3% over a single calendar year, and increases must be approved by the Consortium Contract Administrator prior to taking effect.
Price Increases. After the Firm Price Period, Contractor may request price increases. The request shall: include copies of the new price lists or catalog that reflect a change in the Contractor’s cost; not constitute an increase in profit; and apply to all of the Contractor's customers.
Price Increases. Except as expressly provided for in the Contract, no price increases will be approved.
Price Increases. The Contract resulting from this Solicitation will include provisions for price adjustments for each renewal term. Adjustment in price shall be accomplished by written amendment to this Contract approved bythe Board of County Commissioners. Contract Considerations This solicitation is intended to be non-binding and the County reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or postpone the solicitation at any time prior to award. Rejection The right is reserved by the Board of County Commissioners to accept or reject any or all proposals or to waive any informality, existing in any proposal, or to accept the proposal which best serves the interest and intent of this project and isfrom the most responsive and responsible proposer. At the County’s discretion, any proposal or pricing may be rejected upon determining any abnormalities and/or irregularities associated with information and pricing submitted. Laws The Proposer or Contractor will be required to fully comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The offeror should carefully review these requirements which are detailed in this solicitation.
Price Increases. GlobalCenter shall not increase the prices for services during the initial term of any Service Order, but may thereafter change prices upon sixty (60) days written notice.
