Notwithstanding the absence of a protective order or waiver, the Party may disclose such Confidential Information which, in the opinion of its counsel, the Party is legally compelled to disclose.
Confidential Information – Information that is trade secret or otherwise confidential or exempt from disclosure under Florida or federal law.
